Natural limestone has been a building material for millenia. Limestone is used for floors, counters, and walls in building.Generally known as Kota stone, limestone refers to hard, impervious and compact rocks with very low water absorption. Slate stone
Slate is a fine-grained, foliated, homogeneous, metamorphic rock. Slate can be made into roofing slates, also called roofing shingles. Slate tiles are often used for interior and exterior flooring or wall cladding. Tiles are installed and set on mortar and grouted along the edges. Sealants are often used on tiles to improve durability and appearance, increase stain resistance, reduce efflorescence, and increase or reduce surface smoothness.

Marble
Marble is any limestone or dolomite that can take a high polish and still be usable. Marble is generally formed from limestone undergoing metamorphism. When exposed to extremes of pressure or heat limestone turns into calcite or dolomite crystals, which are the primary materials in marble. Granite
Granite is a form of igneous rock. This means that granite is molded out of magma.Proof of granite's use is greatly exemplified by the reputed pyramids of Ancient Egypt.Primarily made of Quartz (35%), Feldspar (45%) and Potassium. Usually has darker colors. Granite contains very little calcite, if any. Provides a heavy crystalline and granular appearance with mineral grains. Granite is a very hard material and easier to maintain than marble, yet, it is still porous and will stain. There are different types of granite depending on the percentage mix of quartz, mica and feldspar.
